Most of us would agree that Toronto, and the GTA especially, have undergone dramatic change over the last 30 years. We have experienced almost explosive population growth fuelled by immigration, and have become incredibly diverse. However, we have experienced the strains that growth brings and the effect of mostly mediocre governance along with a shortage of money to address many of our important needs. Many believe the City has stalled or is even regressing rather than progressing. As we face a mayoral election, what should be the vision for the City’s future? What should be the priorities to make Toronto a more successful city and a better place to live? Come ready to share your ideas and hear those of others.
